Suicides increase during trying times

The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office normally does not report on suicides, but made an exception this week, due to the four that happened in one day.

The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office supports the surrounding counties including Jim Wells. The Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office reported one suicide from Kleberg County, and three in Nueces on Tuesday, June 16.

There is no denying Americans are in trying times and the Coastal Bend Mental Health entities are urging citizens to look for the signs with your loved ones, and reach our for the help.
