County, City Officials negative for COVID-19

As of Saturday morning the two Jim Wells County officials and the two City of Alice officials are out of quarantine after receiving negative results for coronavirus (COVID-19).

On Wednesday, JWC Judge Juan Rodriguez confirmed that he, Commissioner Wicho Gonzalez along with two City of Alice Councilman Ron Burke and Larry Martinez, Alice JWC Economic Development Corporation were under self-quarantine after one of the men had a family member test positive for COVID-19.

The four men had decided to place themselves under self-quarantine when they were notified that they may have been indirectly exposed to COVID-19.
