Bike rodeo hosted by state health services

Children and their parents took advantage of a recent bike rodeo held by the Texas Department of State Health Services. The bike rodeo was held at the Boys and Girls Club of Alice.

The free event  had a basic bicycle inspection, helmet fitting, an obstacle course and safety lessons.

Texas Department of State Health Services held a free bike rodeo.
Alex Villesca, 11, was fitted for a bicycle helmet by an employee of the Texas Department of State Health Services.
Vivaan Patel, 6, and his mom Reekee Patel participated in the bike safety event.
