It was not a joking matter on April Fool's Day, as the Tuloso-Midway Boys Soccer team ended their playoff run at home against the Gregory Portland Wildcats in an overtime game, 3-1.

At first it looked like the Warriors had the 4A Sectional playoff game all tied up as the clock wound down with five minutes left to play and the score 1-0. T-M's Matthew Storey scored the only goal in the first half.

T-M goalkeeper Joseph Segura, who had a phenomenal season this year, continued to keep the Wildcats in check, until G-P's Troy Cuff got one past him with seconds left in the game.

During overtime, the Wildcats would score twice more, once by Justin McArthur and again by Evan Sperling, giving G-P the 3-1 advantage and, in the end, the victory.

The Warriors ended their historic season 13-10-1.
