BELTON, Texas - Henry "Hank" Costilow, 93, of Belton, Texas, died Saturday, June 23, 2007 in a Belton nursing facility. He was born January 6, 1914 in Broken Bow, Okla., to Elijah and Jennie Lila Durant Costilow. He attended schools in Broken Bow, Tishamingo Jr. College, and graduated in 1938 from Oklahoma A&M with a degree in agronomy.

He was a member of the Oklahoma Tribe of the Choctow Nation. He married Rexalee McNeil in Buffalo, Okla., on June 1, 1941. He worked for the U.S. Soil Conservation Service from 1939 to 1951. In 1951, he opened Alice Feeders Supply, Inc. which he operated until 1976.

He was a resident of Alice from 1941 to 1985, where he was a member of the Alice First United Methodist Church, the Alice Rotary Club and was a Boy Scout Master.

He moved to Salado in 1985 and was a member of the Salado First United Methodist Church and then moving to Belton about ten years ago.

Survivors include his wife, Rexalee Costilow of Belton; son, Jan Costilow and wife Ann of Spicewood, Texas; two daughters, Karen (Jeff) Jones of San Antonio and Dana (Darrell) Crisp of Belton; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Alice, Texas, with Rev. Larry McRorey officiating.

FALFURRIAS, Texas - Jordan Maiella Longoria, the infant daughter of Rolando and Christina R. Longoria, passed away at a Corpus Christi hospital on June 28, 2007.

Survivors include her parents, Rolando and Christina R. Longoria of Falfurrias, Texas; paternal grandparents, David and Esperanza Longoria of Falfurrias; and maternal grandmother, Nora Linda Rodriguez of Falfurrias.

A funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2007 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Falfurrias. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Falfurrias.

FREER, Texas - Soveida A. Rangel, 79, passed away June 29, 2007 in a San Diego nursing home. She was a housewife.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marin and Sofia Alaniz; two sons, Arturo and Raymond Rangel; one brother and two sistesrs.

Survivors include her husband, Leonides M. Rangel of Freer, Texas; two sons, Leonides A. (Leonor) Rangel Jr. and Amalio (Theresa) Rangel, both of Freer, Texas; two daughters, Estella (Servando) Medellin and Elva (Raul) Vera, both of Freer; one brother, Nestor (Elodia) Alaniz of Angelton, Texas; one sister, Leocadia Pena of San Diego, Texas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Chapel of Freer.

A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. that evening. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, July 2, 2007 at St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial following at the Hahl Memorial Park Cemetery in Freer.
