Man in late 20's captured on store surveillance video

The San Diego Police Department is asking for the public's help in solving a burglary that occurred at a local convenience store earlier this week. According to San Diego Police Department reports, officers were called to the Aycock Oil convenience store in the 600 block of E. Gravis Street Wednesday in reference to a burglary alarm.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that a glass door to the store had been broken, and several items had been taken from the location.
Officers requested a K-9 to search the area, but the dog was unable to follow a trail because of recent rain, according to the report.
Surveillance video in the store reportedly showed a Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20's break into the store. The man was wearing a dark in color hoodie sweat shirt, dark shorts with a logo on the left side and tennis shoes. A blue and black hammer that is believed to have been used to break the glass door was recovered from the scene.The suspect was observed on video taking cigarettes and a four different types of lottery tickets from the store.
