Some indictments date back to 2004 incidents

The Duval County District Clerk's office released records Thursday of more than 30 indictments handed down by a recent grand jury, including indictments for charges dating back to 2004.

The indictments were signed by a Duval County grand jury in December, but were not finalized until Thursday because of the Christmas holiday, officials with the district clerk's office said.

The indictments made public Thursday include the following:

David Ernesto Jones was indicted on one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of intoxication assault in connection with a May 7, 2005 automobile accident in which a woman was injured. According to court documents, Jones has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1986, twice in 1998 and in 2001. Robert Xavier Galvan was indicted on one count of driving while intoxicated and one count of evading arrest in connection with a January 26, 2005 incident. According to court documents, Galvan has previous convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1993 and 1994. Francisco Hilario Chapa was indicted for possession of a controlled substance in connection with a May 24, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Efrain Martinez Jr. was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of prohibited substance in a correctional facility in connection with an August 26, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Eric Lee Leal was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a May 6, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Manuel Antonio Rodriguez Jr. was indicted for prohibited substance in a correctional facility in connection with a July 21, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine in the Duval County jail. Manuel Antonio Rodriguez Jr. was indicted for aggravated assault in connection with a July 29, 2006 incident in which he allegedly threatened another man with a knife. David Joseph Zinn was indicted for injury to a child in connection with a May 2, 2004 incident in which he allegedly struck a child younger than 14 years old in her face. Tracy Saenz was indicted for assault on a public servant in connection with a March 5, 2006 incident in which she allegedly pushed a San Diego police officer. Victor Ramirez was indicted for evading arrest in connection with a July 23, 2006 incident in which he allegedly fled from an arresting officer. Alejandro Lopez III was indicted for evading arrest in connection with an August 5, 2006 incident in which he allegedly fled from an arresting officer. Rodolfo Carrillo was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in connection with an April 24, 2004 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home, stole keys to a car and then stole the car without permission of the owner. Felix Ray Hogan was indicted for assault in connection with an August 30, 2005 incident in which he allegedly threatened another man with a chain saw. Hogan was also indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with an October 5, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into the home of Barbara Hogan. Hogan was also indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a September 20, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into the home of Barbara Hogan. Hogan was also indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a February 1, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into the home of Bobbie Hogan. Amanda Rene Castro was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a May 6, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Robert Richard Pressell was indicted for driving while intoxicated in connection with a June 25, 2004 incident. According to court documents, Pressell has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1993 and 2000. Edith Garcia Trevino was indicted for theft in connection with an October 4, 2004 incident in which she allegedly stole more than $1,500. Julio Martinez was indicted on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of burglary of a habitation in connection with an October 31, 2004 incident in which he allegedly struck a man in the head with a copper rod and broke into a home. Juan Antonio Martinez was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a May 27, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Eduardo Martinez Jr. was indicted for possession of marijuana in connection with an April 22, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of more than 50 pounds of marijuana. Edie Ann Barsch was indicted for possession of codeine in connection with a June 5, 2006 incident in which she was allegedly found to be in possession of more than one gram of codeine. Christopher Muniz was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a December 31, 2005 incident in which he was allegedly found to be in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Melvin Paul Landry was indicted for driving while intoxicated in connection with a May 6, 2006 incident. According to court documents, Landry has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1996 and 2005. Jeremy Espinoza was indicted for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger in connection with an April 2, 2006 incident. Ruben Lara Sr. was indicted for driving while intoxicated in connection with a September 30, 2006 incident. According to court documents, Lara has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1990 and 2003. Cristobal Eloy Lazo Jr. was indicted for evading arrest in connection with an August 13, 2005 incident in which he allegedly fled from an arresting officer. Alfredo Pena was indicted for driving while intoxicated in connection with an April 29, 2006 incident. According to court documents, Pena has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1990 and 1991. Jose Angel Trevino was indicted for evading arrest in connection with a June 4, 2006 incident in which he allegedly fled from an arresting officer. Boyd Stephen Adami was indicted for driving while intoxicated in connection with an April 10, 2005 incident. According to court documents, Adami has prior convictions for driving while intoxicated in 1991 and 2005.
