The renowned Corpus Christi Wind Symphony, which  has appeared at state, national and international conferences as a featured ensemble, will present the final concert of its 28th season at 8:15 p.m. Monday in the Robstown High School Auditorium.

The program will be the same as one the band will perform July 24 for the Texas Bandmasters convention in San Antonio. A variety of music scored for concert band will be played. As always there is free admission and everyone is welcome.

The Wind Symphony is an adult concert band with a membership of some 60 players from the Coastal Bend area. The band includes 18 players from Alice and/or teachers in the Alice schools.

The music director and conductor is former long-time AHS band director Bryce Taylor.
