The 229th District Clerk's office in Duval County released nearly 40 indictments Friday that were recently issued by a Duval County grand jury.

The 38 indictments released Friday included indictments for a number of charges ranging from possession of marijuana to aggravated sexual assault.

Those indictments include the following:

Eddie Trevino Jr. was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with an Oct. 7, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Jose Ramon Pena was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a Jan. 31, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Robert John Lindstrom Jr. was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a March 18, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Josie Renee Garza was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a July 15, 2006 incident in which she was allegedly found in possession of less than one gram of cocaine. Jeffrey Briones was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a Sept. 16, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Joe Lee Briones was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a March 18, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Abel Gonzalez was indicted for possession of cocaine in connection with a March 18, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than four grams of cocaine. Jose Antonio Rojas Aguillar was indicted for possession of marijuana in connection with an Oct. 4, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than 50 pounds of marijuana. Flavio Moreno Alarcon was indicted for possession of marijuana in connection with an Oct. 4, 2006 incident in which he was allegedly found in possession of more than 50 pounds of marijuana. Luis Alberto Rodriguez was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a March 9, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Luis Alberto Rodriguez was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a June 6, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Luis Daniel Hinojosa was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a March 13, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Alejandro Lopez III was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a Sept. 15, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Ruben Noe Aguillon was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a May 14, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Reymundo Aguillon was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a May 14, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Frank Daryl Kubala was indicted for burglary of a habitation in connection with a June 24, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home. Frank Darly Kubala was indicted for theft in connection with a May 23, 2005 incident in which he allegedly stole oilfield equipment valued at more than $1,500. Frank Darly Kubala was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of theft of a firearm in connection with a July 20, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home and stole several items, including a rifle. Luis Alberto Rodriguez was indicted for burglary of a building in connection with a May 17, 2006 incident. Arturo Sevaldo Alaniz was indicted for burglary of a building in connection with a May 3, 2006 incident. Roman Bowen was indicted for burglary of a building in connection with a March 20, 2006 incident. Jeremy Daniel Mendieta was indicted for retaliation in connection with a Dec. 11, 2005 incident in which he allegedly threatened to assault a Freer police officer. Mary Lou Mendieta was indicted for assault on a public servant in connection with a June 23, 2006 incident in which she allegedly assaulted a Freer police officer. Jeremy Daniel Mendieta was indicted on one count of assault on a public servant and one count of retaliation in connection with a June 23, 2006 incident in which he allegedly assaulted a Freer police officer who was attempting to make an arrest. Victor Ruiz Mendieta was indicted on one count of assault on a public servant and one count of retaliation in connection with a June 23, 2006 incident in which he allegedly assaulted a Freer police officer who was attempting to make an arrest. Mark Ramirez was indicted for theft in connection with a May 23, 2005 incident in which he allegedly stole oilfield equipment valued at more than $1,500. Adam Richard Torres was indicted for aggravated assault in connection with a Feb. 8, 2006 incident in which he allegedly struck a man in the head with a bat. Joseph Lee Uribe was indicted for aggravated assault in connection with a Feb. 8, 2006 incident in which he allegedly struck a man in the head with a bat. Robert Fuentes was indicted for aggravated assault in connection with a Feb. 8, 2006 incident in which he allegedly struck a man in the head with a bat. Alicia Garza was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of theft of a firearm in connection with a Dec.21, 2005 incident in which she allegedly broke into a home and stole several items, including a rifle. Celestino Garza III was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of theft of a firearm in connection with a Dec.21, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home and stole several items, including a rifle. David Mathew Cisneros was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of aggravated assault in connection with a Jan. 5, 2005 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home and assaulted a man with a tire iron. Raul Trevino was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of sexual assault in connection with a Sept. 14, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home and sexually assaulted a woman. Johnny Medrano was indicted on one count of burglary of a habitation and one count of retaliation in connection with an Aug. 26, 2006 incident in which he allegedly broke into a home and threatened the owner, who was a prospective witness to a crime. Danny Lee Gonzalez was indicted for aggravated sexual assault in connection with a May 12, 2006 incident in which he allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 14 years. Jose Bazan was indicted for indecency with a child in connection with a May 16, 2006 incident in which he allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 17 years. Horacio Leal Jr. was indicted for insurance fraud in connection with a May 11, 2005 incident in which he allegedly filed a false claim valued at more than $1,500.
