Jim Wells County officials reported 32 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases for the county Tuesday. The total reported cases for the county is at 350 cases.


The new cases are:

* Case #330 - male in his 30’s


* Case #331 - female in her 40’s


* Case #332 - male in his30’s


* Case #333 - female in her 20’s


* Case #334 - female in her 20’s


* Case #335 - male in his one’s


* Case #336 - female in her 30’s


* Case #337 - female in her 40’s


* Case #338 - female in her 30’s


* Case #339 - female in her 20’s


* Case #340 - male in his 80’s


* Case #341 - male in his teen’s

No zip codes were given for the new cases as the county officials received a notice Tuesday from the Texas Department of State Health Services about no longer releasing this information to protect patient privacy.


There are currently 176 active cases and 174 recovered cases, according to Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.


Officials urge everyone to follow CDC guidelines like wearing face masks and social distancing.
