Best Advice: “Never say that you can’t do something, because you are capable.” This advice was given to me by my choir director, Mr.Danny Dixon, and ever since then I have kept a positive mindset toward accomplishing my goals. If you say “I can’t” then you are stopping yourself from succeeding. From this, I’ve learned to never doubt yourself and your capabilities.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I can see myself graduating college and continuing my education with student teaching.
If you could change anything about this world, what would it be and why?
If I could change the world, I would eliminate racism and homophobia. So much hate and brutality against others comes from racism and homophobia, and I believe the world would be much more peaceful if everyone realized that we are all humans who are equal and deserve kindness.
If you could invite 3 people to dinner, who would they be and why?
I would Invite Mitski Miyawaki, because she is my favorite female singer, Vincent Van Gogh, because he is the most famous artist and I love his artwork, and I would invite One, the author of my favorite graphic novels. These people have had a great impact on me through their creative work, and I would like to hear their stories.
