SAN DIEGO – Three people have been arrested in connection with the theft that occurred at the Rotary Pavilion during the annual Duval County Fair.
During the late hours of March 1st, a light plant valued at $15,000 was stolen from the property. Investigators believe that the thieves broke a gate in order to access the property and take the equipment.
