Tuesday morning Alice police and Agua Dulce City Marshals arrested Jason Lee Cepeda following indecency allegations made by his girlfriend’s daughters.
According to police officials, the girls made an outcry to a family friend who contacted police.
Cepeda, 37, was located at his residence on Second Street in Agua Dulce. He was booked into the Jim Wells County jail. He was charged with indecency with a child by exposure and indecency with a child by sexual contact.
Also arrested in this incident was 37-year-old Yolanda Sandoval, the victims’ mother. She was arrested Monday afternoon on the 100 block of South Duval Street. She was charged with child endangerment with imminent bodily injury.
Cepeda did not have a bond as of Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Sandoval was released on Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. on a $5,000 bond.
The case is under investigation and additional charges are pending for Cepeda.
