On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the 79th District Court Judge Richard Terrell will preside over cases that range from indecency with a child to burglary.


Cases are:

*Dorothy Ann Gonzalez for possession of a controlled substance.


* David Morgan for indecency with a child with a motion to revoke.


* David Vicente Pena for credit or debit card abuse with motion to revoke.


* Amanda Michelle Cantu for credit or debit card abuse with motion to revoke.


* Matthew Vidal Garcia for burglary of a building with a motion to revoke.


* Jesse James Segura for two counts of driving while intoxicated with a motion to revoke reactivated.


* Amy Lee Cepeda for possession of a controlled substance.


*Bryan James Soulas for possession of a controlled substance with a motion to revoke.


* Rosa Anna Garcia for evading arrest detention with a vehicle with a motion to revoke.


* Jodana Danielle Alviar for possession of a controlled substance.


* Cornelious Lee Thomas for burglary of a building.


* Leo Lopez for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age with a motion to revoke.


* Kenneth Eugene Noel for burglary of a habitation.


* Eric Lee Garcia for possession of a controlled substance.


* Emilio Acevedo Jr. for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.


* Georgia Tiffany Bartley for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
