The 79th District Court Judge will presided on approximately 40 cases Tuesday, Feb.19 that range from assault on a public servant to sexual assault of a child.

Cases were:

Andres Tamez for possession of a controlled substance with a motion to revoke. Anthony Andrew Amador for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with a motion to revoke. Adrian Villegas with a theft of propoerty of less than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000. Michael Hernandez Jr. for aggravated assault date/family/house with weapon. Nathan Nathaniel Zarate for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Mark Anthony Alaniz for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled  substance. Laura Walters for fraud use/possession of identifying information. Armando Contrereas Jr. for possession of a firearm by a felon. Lorena Kay Taylor for burglary of habitation. Rolando Hernandez for burglary of a habitation and two counts of burglary of a building. Jimmy Ray Kinard for two counts of sexual assault of a child. Cayla Lynn Martinez for burglary of a building. Jessie Lee Lamb II for theft of property less than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000. Samuel Salas Jr. for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance. Robert Lee Campos for assault family/house member impede breathing/circulation. Luis Rolando Chapa Jr. for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.
