SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Family Worship Center hosted their annual volleyball tournament and fall festival to raise money for the Christmas holiday on Saturday, Nov. 3.
According to Pastor Rick Martinez, the church made a profit of approximately $1,800 that will be use to provide local children and elderly with Christmas gifts.
There was food and drinks, moon jumps for the kids and train rides around the plaza.
The church has an annual Christmas program on Dec. 24 at the San Diego Civic Center where the youth of the church put on a play and dance. A free turkey meal is given and Santa visits. The public is welcome to attend.
