The San Diego Family Worship Center hosted their annual volleyball tournament and harvest carnival on Saturday, Nov. 5 to raise money for the Christmas holiday during which the church gives out gifts to children and elderly in the community.

According to church officials, thanks to its members and the community they were able to raise more than $2,000 this year.

Team Fireproof were the champions of the volleyball tournament.

There was food and drinks, moon jumps for the kids and train rides around the plaza.

The church has an annual Christmas program on Dec. 24 at the San Diego Civic Center where the youth of the church put on a play and dance. A free turkey meal is given and Santa visits.
