What is the best advice you ever received? Who gave you this advice?

The best advice I ever received was “The show must go on.” I have heard this expression many times in my life from many people, and it’s something I have lived by. In life we find ourselves going through many trials and tribulations. Many missteps and many botched lines, but we must smile through them and be able to think on our feet and improvise. No matter what happens, the show must go on, and we can never allow anything to stop us from putting on a performance that deserves a standing ovation.

Where do you see yourself in 5 Years?

In 5 years I see myself working for a gaming, or animation studio as a design artist or storywriter. In 5 years I want to be able to help people, through the things I create. It’s funny how much a book, a movie, or a video game can affect people lives, and too many people seem to overlook that.

If you could change anything about this world, what would it be and why?

I would change how close-minded people are. I have seen too much anger and sadness caused my narrowed opinions that force some people to carry a burden that makes the earth seem like a feather to Atlas. People are forced to live their lives on a path they did not choose for themselves. A path that was chosen for them because every thought they had was insane and too risky. So many people aim for their kids to live safe, secure lives. Go to school, get a job, get married, and die... Well I say no, people need to take risks, challenge old ideals and make mistakes. Life is either a daring, terrifying, and beautiful adventure or nothing at all.

If you could invite 3 people to dinner (other than relatives), who would they be and why?

I would invite author J.K Rowling because she is a highly inspirational writer who proved that a pen and strong imagination can cause someone unimaginable success. I would invite Stan Lee who created Marvel, and gave kids hero’s to look up to, hero’s to believe in, and hope, just by reading his comic books. And lastly, I would invite Tim Burton, because he is responsible for making Halloween my favorite holiday and there is something to be appreciated in his love for the strange and abstract.
