With more than 50 students from Alice and surrounding areas the Coastal Bend College in Alice held their Cougar Days orientation on Thursday.

The orientation is held each summer before the fall semester begins. It allows students to register for classes, meet with advisors one on one, tour the campus and find out what to expect on their first day at CBC.

Students learned about the available resources on campus and online as well. Students learned about Campus Connect and student emails, saw the student success center and library and also about the Cougar card.

Students had rotating sessions and were given tours of the facility and CBC trailers.
