San Diego - Students at Bernarda Jaime Junior High filled the high school auditorium on Friday morning for a special anti-bullying presentation by the Duval County Sheriff's Office.
Officers described to students the affects bullying had on people of any age. Students sat quietly as officers advised that they take bullying seriously and they considered it harassment.
Pamphlets with additional advise on bullying were distributed to the students.
The officers stated that students that had a problem with bullying they should tell their parents and school officials, but if that does not work law enforcement will intervene.
