Corpus Christi Outlets, owner of The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay, have announced the first three stores that will be opening up with the outlet mall on November 3, 2016.

The public can look forward to shopping at Skechers, Express, and Guess Factory Store. So far these are the only stores to be publicly announced but there are others that have signed on. There will be a total of 70 stores occupying a space of 325,000 square feet.

Rick Carduner said, “We chose Corpus Christi because it was the largest urban market that does not have an outlet mall. The location was picked due to its proximity to the main highways as well as the new Richard M. Borchard Fairgrounds.” Carduner is one of the partners associated with the project through his company Carduner Commercial which offers retail real estate services.

“There won't be a traditional food court but will instead be a food truck pavilion that will have space for six food trucks. As we get closer to completion, we will take applications from truck owners food truck pavilion.” said Carduner.
