VTX1 advances access to affordable, reliable high-speed internet service across South Texas

Motorcycle Awareness Proclamation

To promote Motorcycle awareness for the month of May, Alice Mayor Cynthia Carrasco and the city council members recently presented the Calaveras of Alice with a proclamation. Motorcycle safety is important for all motorists especially motorcyclists and their families. To raise awareness motorcyclists and others remind people of the importance of wearing helmets, looking both ways and driving at safe speeds.

Duval County Judge Candidate questions Run-Off Election Results

SAN DIEGO - The Duval County Judge election has been stirred by a change in run-off election numbers the Elections Administration released on Wednesday, June 1. The Primary Election left Arnoldo “GUero” Cantu and Albert Martinez vying for the county judge seat which became vacant with the untimely death of Judge Gilbert Saenz in October of 2021 from natural causes.
