Some impressive numbers coming from Alice High School’s Scholarship Night Wednesday at the Bryce Taylor Theater for the Performing Arts, according to Principal Gianna Morales. The night brought in $1,007,178 in university and other scholarships, $1,080,000 in military education funding and $129,800 in local scholarships for a grand total of $2,216,978 for AHS students.

Three young ladies were crowned as the new 2022 Miss Alice Texas royalty on Sunday, May 15 at the Alice High School Auditorium. The new 2022 Miss Alice Texas was Emmah Radle, 2022 Junior Miss Alice Texas Avery Villagran, and the 2022 Little Miss Alice Texas was Kensley Cruz.
