Alice HS Scholarship Night awards over $2 million for graduating seniors

Some impressive numbers coming from Alice High School’s Scholarship Night Wednesday at the Bryce Taylor Theater for the Performing Arts, according to Principal Gianna Morales. The night brought in $1,007,178 in university and other scholarships, $1,080,000 in military education funding and $129,800 in local scholarships for a grand total of $2,216,978 for AHS students.
