At the most recent Jim Wells County Commissioners Court meeting on Monday, July 25, Yolanda Moran, administer for County’s ARPA, started the meeting off by announcing the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds JWC was allocated.

Now, a few visionary researchers at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi are interested in training canines to sniff out crude oil on Texas beaches.
