U.S. Army WWII Veteran to celebrates 100th birthday

Franciso B. Ybanez was surprised on Friday, Sept. 23 by local business Silver Star Food Stores, and community members Amanda Sue Friedeck and Hector Chapa Jr., with the installation of a flagpole with the American flag and the United States Army flag.
