Gonzales sentenced to 18 years in prison
SAN DIEGO - Roel Javier Gonzales was sentenced to 18 years in a Texas prison after he entered a guilty plea on Monday, Sept. 26 to the offense of indecency with a child by contact, according to Gocha A. Ramirez, 229th District Attorney.
