Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years I see myself as a graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and beginning my first year in Nurse Anesthetist Masters Program.
If I could change one thing about this world, it would be it be? And why? If I cold change one thing about this world, it would be homelessness. Through My two older sisters charities, and countless hours of volunteering with them in homeless shelters etc. at a very young age I was deeply impacted by the heartbreaking conditions in which the homeless live. I also learned that so many people have a misconception about homelessness. No human being should have to suffer without food, water, or shelter.
What was the best advice you ever received? And who said it?
Said from my dear Mother, "the difference between success and failure is the amount of effort you put forth." I have lived my life by those words and they hold true every time.
If you could invite 3 people to dinner, who and why?
The first person would be Mother Teresa; she was the founder of "Order of Missionaries Of Charity", a Roman Catholic congregation of women dedicated to helping the poor. And I would be greatly blessed to feel the soul touching impact in which the thousands that met her say her presence brought, Second, I would invite the legendary Bo Jackson. I've always wished to hear the detail on how he overcame a crucial hip replacement injury and still found the determination to not only make a completely stronger comeback in Professional Baseball, but one of the greatest known comebacks of all time. Last but not least, The Duke himself, John Wayne. Not only because he's my all time favorite actor Cowboy, but because I truly admire him as an American Icon, and he epitomizes what a true Cowboy stands for.
Food: My favorite food would be any type of Seafood.
Book: 1984 George Orwell
Movie: The movie 8 seconds has been my favorite movie since I was about 4 years old.

Vacation Spot: Our family Ranch "Torres Ranch"
