GED Classes

GED classes are available from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday at The Academic and Career Center (ACC) located at 501 Cactus St., Suite B, in Alice, for adults seeking to obtain their GED. The Academic and Career Center also provides classes in English as a Second Language (ESOL) and assistance to transition from GED to post secondary education. Developmental math and reading classes are also offered. Doing for the Least Ministries

Doing for the Least Ministries Support Group meetings meet regularly for Belief and Behavior group by using Christian principles to change behavior and bring about recovery. Noon time groups are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Evening groups are at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. The support group meet at Sanctuary of Praise Church at 901 Cecilia.
