This holiday season, Barrera & Barrera Law Firm in Alice, Texas, is proud to present the Tenth Annual Giving Tree. A heartwarming community initiative event that brings feelings of joy and togetherness for many children supported by Brush Country CASA.  

While the holiday season is positive for most of us, that’s not always the case for current or former foster youth. According to studies, this time of the year are stressful times for many adults, however feelings of sadness and loss can also be much more heightened for youth in foster care which can cause an array of emotions and behaviors during the holiday season. 

Local residents are invited to help make a child’s Christmas brighter by selecting a gift from a child’s wish list. Every donation will bring joy and hope to children in need and spread holiday cheer throughout our community.  

Let’s come together as a community to make a child’s holiday unforgettable and support Brush Country CASA in our mission to advocate for local children in foster care.
