Talissa Marie Garcia, age 29, entered this world on January 27, 1993 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born to Noemi Gonzalez and Olivero Garcia Jr. Talissa was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and granddaughter. Talissa was called to her eternal resting place October 8, 2022 at her grandmother’s home in Palito Blanco, Texas. Talissa attended Palito Blanco Elementary and graduated from Ben Bolt-Palito Blanco High School in 2012. She received many awards and her diploma. After graduating, she was employed with Whataburger in Alice and Goodwill in Corpus Christi, Texas. Talissa enjoyed collecting Ninja Turtle action figures and memorabilia, especially Raphael Ninja Turtle. She also liked collecting Hello Kitty. She loved dancing and exercising to Michael Jackson. Talissa would have a blast singing and performing on her karaoke machine. Talissa attended Open Door Church in Alice, Texas where she received Jesus Christ as her Personal Savior. Servando Torrez Jr. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Jose Luis Vela, Olivero Moya Garcia and Irma Flores; paternal grandfather, Antonio Martinez Gonzalez She is survived by her parents, Olivero Garcia Jr. and Noelia Noemi Gonzalez of Alice; three siblings, Olivero Jose Garcia of Alice, Meranda Kristine Garcia (Dominic Gates) of Corpus Christi, and Katrina Renae Garcia (Jason Lopez) of Alice; grandmother, Lydia Aguirre Vela of Alice; one niece, Ariyah Lopez.
