The City of Alice has announced that City Hall will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025, in observance of Good Friday, a day of reflection and significance during the Lenten season for many in the community.
This closure allows city employees and residents to observe the day in accordance with their personal and spiritual traditions. Normal operations at City Hall will resume on Monday, April 21, 2025, during regular business hours.
Essential city services such as police, fire, and emergency response will remain fully operational and available to the public throughout the holiday closure.
Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly for any services or inquiries that require in-person assistance at City Hall. For non-emergency matters during the closure, citizens may use the city’s website or contact departments via email or voicemail, where available.
The City of Alice extends its best wishes to the community for a safe and peaceful Good Friday and Easter weekend.
