This year the Alice High School Lady Coyotes Powerlifting Team were crowned State Champions in the Raw Division. These young ladies and their incredible coaches helped bring home the gold and make the entire community proud! Their dedication, strength, and perseverance have paid off in the best way possible — with a championship title that now shines bright for all to see.

To honor this amazing accomplishment, a billboard celebrating the team’s victory was officially unveiled on Monday, April 14 off of west highway 44. This is a symbol of pride and excellence for the school, the town, and all those who supported their journey.

Their hard work inspires, their victory uplifts, and their name is now written in powerlifting history. Congratulations again to the champions — they’ve earned it in every rep and every lift!
