A big congratulations to Janessa Perez for taking home 1st place in the Dry Media category of the prestigious Visionarios Art Contest, sponsored by the Port of Corpus Christi and the Art Museum of South Texas!

Janessa’s award-winning artwork is currently on display at the Art Museum of South Texas and will be featured there until April 27, 2025. As a first-place winner, her piece will also be showcased at the American Bank Center during Buc Days.

Janessa’s family and friends are incredibly proud of her accomplishments, and the Ben Bolt-Palito Blanco ISD community could not be any happier for her. Her commitment to the arts and her dedication to succeed are second to none, and she continues to set a shining example for her peers.
