Alice High School senior Jesse Villarreal, along with his classmate, Natalie Garcia, attended the Texas A&M University L.E.A.D summit in College Station.

After the summit, Jesse was selected for a $2,000 scholarship from the L.E.A.D summit undergraduate recruitment team.

The two seniors have both accepted their admissions to TAMU for the fall of 2025.
