Commissioner’s Court approved an extension of a 90-burn ban for Jim Wells County. Our KBDI are elevated to 608. This is considered an extreme drought like conditions.

One can still preform a burn for agricultural purposes.

Log onto Jim Wells County website. Look at the top right corner for the search bar. Type in burn notifications.
