The Alice High School Band partnered with Hacienda Ford of Alice to raffle off a brand-new 2025 Ford Maverick valued up to $27,200 with all proceeds to benefit Alice ISD band students.

Band Booster President Francine Everett alongside Hacienda Ford representatives, school officials and others in attendance waited excitingly and impatiently for the winner to be announced. 

The truck was parked right in front of the Bryce Taylor Theatre for the Performing Arts and the acrylic clear raffle ticket drum.

The winner drawn was Abelino “AJ” Benavides of Alice, Texas.
