The year Augustina Mendiola was born, Calvin Coolidge was being inaugurated as President of the United States for the second time. Family and friends celebrated with her this milestone of an age that many don’t get the chance to see. There was laughter, smiles and some tears of joy as people celebrated alongside her.

Her children Dora, Naomi and Trini surrounded her on that Saturday with the grandchildren Crystal, Eddie, Ricardo and Sarah to say and sing happy birthday. The great grandchildren also showed their appreciation for everything “Momo” has done for the family.
