Mallory is a sweet and friendly teenager, who has a funny personality, a smile which lights up a room, along with her infectious laugh as she can find the smallest things funny.
Mallory has a broad range of favorites such as hanging out with her friends and playing in the pool during the summer. And when it comes to food… like many teenagers, its hamburgers, french fries and pizza.
Mallory is non-verbal and communicates her needs by pointing. She can express herself when she wants to do something. She likes bright colors and especially likes unicorns.
Mallory enjoys being read to and will sit and listen to all the different stories. Some of her favorite books are Golden Books and anything Dr. Seuss.
Mallory’s forever family will ideally have a background working with children who have additional needs. The family will be encouraging, loving and patient. Mallory will thrive in a two-parent household.
If you think you could be a forever family for Mallory, or another Texas child, call 1-800-233-3405. For more information visit www.adoptchildren.org where you can find a schedule of online public information meetings, and learn about the foster/adoption program.
