World Teacher Day is celebrated on Oct. 5 to highlight the invaluable and enriching role educators play in inspiring and influencing our students. 

The City of Alice has placed some ribbons around City Hall to support all our special teachers who strive to find creative ways to make school fun, inspiring and safe. These educational individuals are unique and important to our society and its future.  

Teachers are the ones who find a students’ potential and help them grow.
