The Fabelas were booked into the Jim Wells County Jail and were each charged with multiple counts. Richard's charges include one count of driving while intoxicated, evading arrest detention and resisting arrest search or transport. Nina was charged on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer, one count of evading arrest detention with a vehicle and one count of resisting arrest search or transport.
