Manuel Ynfante Jr., age 83, passed away September 25, 2022 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born March 3, 1939 to Manuel and Felipa Ynfante. Manuel worked in the pipeline industry for numerous years. He also enjoyed outdoor activities such as fishing and camping with the family. He was known to many as a jack of all trades who was always willing and ready to lend a helping hand. Manuel, along with his wife, were known to many as their second parents as they welcomed many into their homes. He will be remembered for his love of people, his caring personality and his warm heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Felipa Ynfante; wife, Simona Ynfante; siblings, Soila Perez, Benito Ynfante, and Santos Ynfante. Manuel is survived by his three children, Alma Infante Lopez of Agua Dulce, Manuel Infante III (Belinda) of Pasadena, and Randy Infante (Carla) of Holland, Michigan; siblings, Juanita Cantu of Alice, Felipe Ynfante (Minnie) of Edinburg, Jesus Ynfante of Agua Dulce, Alicia Luera of alice, Gloria Guzman of Alice, Esmeralda Ynfante of Alice, Zenaida Gonzalez (Pedro) of Alice, Maria Guadalupe Toner (Tim) of Maine, and Pedro Ynfante (Lydia) of Alice; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 beginning at 10 a.m. at Rosas Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at that same day at Rosas Funeral Home Chapel.
