Alice, Texas – Gloria Renobato, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 26, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Gloria was born in Pearsall, Texas on November 5, 1938 to Andres and Juanita Torres. Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She loved flowers and her grandkids. Gloria was very active in the church her late husband, “Reno”, was the minister at, King of Kings Church. She was loved by every person who ever met her. Gloria will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Reymundo “Reno” Renobato, her son Reymundo Javier Renobato, and son-in-law Antonio “Tony” Joslin III. Survivors: Two daughters: Sylvia (Dale) Ricketson of Alice, Texas and Rachel Joslin of Alice, Texas Two grandchildren: Miguel C. Valdez III and Alicia (Gabriel) Mata Four great-grandchildren: Sienna Yruegas, Savanna Yruegas, Kaitlinn Gamez, and Karalynna Gamez Two brothers: Armando (Minnie) Torres of Austin, Texas and Moses (Dahlia) Torres of San Antonio, Texas Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins The family of Gloria T. Renobato would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the care extended by Del Cielo Hospice and staff. A visitation was held Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 1 pm to 3 pm with a funeral service beginning at 3 pm in the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel. A burial followed immediately in Roberson-Collins Memorial Cemetery. Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home Alice.
