Texas Comptroller Announces Record $309 Million in Unclaimed Property Returned in Fiscal 2022

(AUSTIN) — The Texas Comptroller’s office approved and paid out a record $309 million in unclaimed property during the past fiscal year, Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced today. This is the third time the Comptroller’s office has returned $300 million or more in unclaimed property in a fiscal year.

SAN DIEGO Students at Collins-Parr Elementary recently celebrated International Dot Day. International Dot Day is a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration. It began when teacher Terry Shay introduced his classroom to Peter H. Reynolds’ book The Dot on Sept. 15, 2009.

Cooking with Books

SAN DIEGO - Students who participate in the Collins-Parr Elementary ACE Program recently learned how to cook different foods such as Monkey Bread. Each day students read a book like “Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed” and then made a snack similar to what they read.
