ALICE - Michael Andrew Lopez, 39, of Alice passed away on April 18, 2022. He was born in Alice on February 25, 1983. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, friend, and godfather. Michael enjoyed reading, watching documentaries, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Astros, and his nephews at their sporting events. As the eldest of all his siblings, Michael was a protector in nature of those he loved. He was a kind soul to all he met and was loved by so many. Michael was an active member of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Alice and participated in multiple lay retreats including ACTS, Cursillo, and F.L.A.M.E.
