Coyote football tickets

After receiving several complaints, the Alice High School athletic department is reminding ticket holders that “ticket scalping” is frowned upon.

School officials said they received complaints of people selling tickets on social media like Facebook for more than the $6 marked price. It was an issue which was brought up to athletic director Justen Evans and Alice High School principal Dr. Alex Gonzalez.

Ticket office officials said as a courtesy, tickets should be resold at face-value.

As a reminder, the Alice High School ticket office will be open again from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday and again from 8 to noon Wednesday and 1 to 4 p.m. The ticket office will be closed Thursday and Friday.
