Yolanda Gaona, 54, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007.
She was born in Paduca to Manuel Ubelia Leal Garza on Nov. 21, 1952 and was a long life resident of Robstown. She was a Catholic and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Manuel and Ubelia Garza.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years Servando Gaona of Robstown; her daughter: Michelle (Ernesto Villarreal) Gaona of Robstown; her three sisters, Maria Garza of Robstown, Dolores (Ramiro) Rubio of Odem and Ubelia Garza of Robstown; her two brothers, Pete Garza and Jerry Garza both Robstown; five grandchildren, jesse Gaona, Cassandra Gaona, Hector Gaona, Sabrina Villarreal and Falicity Villarreal; and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, in the Ramon Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Interment followed at Robstown Cemetery.
