The Duval County grand jury indicted 22 individuals in November on a range of charges, including theft, possession of cocaine and aggravated assault.

Robert Garza, 49, of Corpus Christi, was indicted on a charge of theft, after he allegedly stole a travel trailer from Suntide Federal Credit Union on April 7.

Christina V. Saenz, 45, of Realitos, was indicted on two counts of theft after she allegedly stole jewelry in excess of $1,500 on two separate occasions in September and October of 2010.

Gilbert R. Gonzalez, 52, of Benavides, was indicted on one count of theft of a firearm after he allegedly stole a firearm on Nov. 24, 2010.

Pedro Oscar Jimenez, 24, of San Diego, was indicted on a charge of theft after he allegedly stole a generator worth more than $1,500 on Aug. 23.

Kelby Jude Guillot, 44, of Kaplan, La., was indicted on a charge of theft after he allegedly took a toolbox and tools worth over $1,500 on Oct. 4, 2010.

Kerry Reynolds, 36, of Houston, was indicted on four counts of forgery and one count of theft by check after he allegedly attempted to defraud Duval County on Dec. 26, 2010.

Veronica Lee Rodriguez, 23, of San Diego, was indicted on a charge of possession of cocaine, after she was allegedly found in possession of four grams or more of cocaine, but less than 200 grams, on Nov. 2, 2010.

Corando Morin Trevino, 36, of San Diego, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. On Sept. 5, Trevino allegedly operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated, with three passengers in the vehicle under 15 years of age.

Eric Lucas Flores, 28, of Alice, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly stabbed a man with a knife on May 7.

Randolph Joseph Gipprich, 41, of Benavides, was indicted on one count of assault and one count of aggravated assault, after he allegedly caused bodily injury to a victim on Aug. 2.

Oscar Manuel Chavez, 53, of Freer, was indicted on one charge of assault and one charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly assaulted a victim using a weapon on April 25.

Joe Gamez, 23, of San Diego, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly allowed his dog to attack the victim on Aug. 26.

Jose Adan Torres, 32, of Freer, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly struck the victim on July 20.

Ruben Lara, 25, of San Diego, was indicted on a charge of prohibited substance in a detention facility after he was allegedly found with marijuana and/or cigarettes at the Duval County Jail on May 6.

Victor Alfonso Ramirez, 23, of Houston, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest after he allegedly used a vehicle to flee from officers on May 25.

Federico Gonzalez Jr., 30, of San Diego, was indicted on one count of evading arrest and one count of possession of cocaine.

On March 5, 2009, Gonzalez allegedly used a vehicle to flee from a peace officer and allegedly possessed less than one gram of cocaine.

Robert Boyd Lunz Jr., 67, of Benavides, was indicted on one count of evading arrest after he allegedly fled from a peace officer on May 22.

Rolando Carrillo, 32, of San Diego, was indicted on one count of unlawful possession of a firearm after he allegedly possessed a firearm prior to the fifth anniversary of his release from supervision under parole.

Belen Guerrero, 27, of San Diego, was indicted on one count of credit card abuse after she allegedly attempted to fraudulently use a debt card on Sept. 4.

Dino Garza Jr., 28, of San Diego, was indicted on one count of criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged a vehicle without the consent of the owner on April 2.

Clinton Tod Harwell, 53, of Houston, was indicted on two counts of tampering with a governmental record after he allegedly attempted to defraud two victims by filing documents in the Duval County Clerk's office on Sept. 24, 2009 and Dec. 7, 2009.

Moises Ruvalcaba III, 26, of San Diego, was indicted on one count of intoxication assault and one count of failure to stop and render aid after he allegedly struck another vehicle while intoxicated and allegedly failed to render assistance.
