A clinic for the H1N1 and seasonal flu will take place at the Ben Bolt-Palito Blanco High School on Tuesday.

The clinic is from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. at the high school gym located at 172 Badger Lane in Ben Bolt. The H1N1 vaccinations are free and the seasonal flu shots are $10.

Elena Benavidez, school nurse, said the clinic is open to the public and no one will be turned away because they can’t afford the fee.

All parents need to be present with their children.

“The parents need to accompany the children (in order) to screen the kids,” Benavidez said Monday morning.

She said the Ben Bolt-Palito Blanco students were given paperwork to take home to be filled out and a handful of the forms have been returned.

“I think once we are set up, we are going to be OK,” Benavidez said.

The clinic is available to children and adults.
