The Robstown Independent School District was represented Saturday at the All-Region Choir Clinic & Concert held at Rockport-Fulton High School.

Several hundred students auditioned to try and earn the privilege of performing at the concert.

Robstown High School senior Ruben Peralez, a tenor 2, sang in the 160-voice All-Region High School Mixed Choir. Ruben was also fourth chair in his section. He advanced to the area auditions, which will be held in January.

Seale Junior High School seventh-grader Sabrina Salazar, a soprano 2, sang in the 150-voice All Region Junior High Treble Choir.

Seventh-grader Joseph Guzman, a tenor 1, sang in the 105-voice All Region Junior High Tenor-Bass Choir.

Robstown choir director Mark Peppard said the students proudly represented Robstown and Robstown ISD with excellent behavior and singing.
